THE CHALLENGE
SuperXtra managed a business intelligence initiative, which is part of its critical operations for decision-making. Solusoft offered a review, optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement of their business intelligence platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Big Data and Analytics components, as it exceeded all their requirements and expectations.
THE SOLUTION
Solusoft proposed the use of data analytics technologies from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon QuickSight, to handle heterogeneous data sources (databases, flat files), manage ELT processes, catalog data in an extensible data model, deploy a virtually unlimited data lake, establish a next-generation data warehouse, and visualize data through graphs and dashboards. Connectivity was established for the use of a point-to-point VPN between Super Xtra and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
